Nirvana Being has an array of products that protect you everywhere you go – both indoor and outdoor. It’s a mission to ensure that indoor spaces are health and safety compliant in Delhi NCR and India, as the average levels and exposure increase each year.

Problem

The existing website has reduced visitors and is unable to convert visitors. Also the functionality of the existing website is outdated and incapable. The website had a visitor drop-off rate of 88%.

Goal

The company is looking to revamp their websites to improve their customer experience and create more conversions through the websites. The target was to reduce the visitor drop-off rate to 0%

In a recent survey, it was found that 35% of Delhi residents said they would like to leave Delhi NCR and move somewhere else if the air quality doesn't improve in the near future. 1. Are you aware about the air quality in your surroundings/city?

2. Are you aware of the negative impact of polluted air on your health?

3. Do you use any type of air purifier or filtering masks?

4. Have you ever had any breathing problems?

5. Have you considered purchasing a Mask or Purifier before?

6. If No, what are the reasons for not purchasing?

7. Do you mind wearing masks for everyday work? If yes, then why?

8. What do you think is the problem with existing pollution face masks?

Use Cases

A use case is a written description of how users will perform tasks on your website. It outlines, from a user’s point of view, a system’s behaviour as it responds to a request.

Competition Analysis

When It comes to looking for pollution masks, people search online to know more. If we search for such products, we'll find out that we are redirected to big ecommerce sites like Amazon/Flipkart.These websites sell masks from different sellers. These masks are generally from companies like 3M, Honeywell etc. But all these masks look like simple surgical masks which come in 1 or 2 colours at most.
